What is ALES?
The Latin American Association for Services Exporters (ALES) is an organization promoting Latin America as an outsourcing destination. Founded in 2008, the organization has been helping the region improve its position in the international sphere and achieve growth.
ALES recognizes the region’s potential as a global services hub. This is why the organization leads its promotion in the services market by developing tools and campaigns for this purpose.
At the same time, it operates as a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and advocacy for the region. This allows its members to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in the services sector.
The organization has a vast membership of around 35 public and private institutions in 17 Latin American countries.
ALES’s main goals
ALES is committed to providing accurate information about the Latin American sphere as a way to promote it in the international market effectively.
The organization also strives to enhance the country’s collective visibility and leverage, leading to increased market access and competitiveness on the global stage.

SRIAM
In 2014, the organization launched its Regional Information System and Methodological Harmonization (SRIAM). It is a comprehensive database containing statistics, agreements, and other insights regarding investing in the region.
SRIAM offers valuable data for investors, potential clients, and stakeholders looking to outsource their services in Latin America.
Events
ALES gathers its members, industry experts, and leaders through annual conventions and talks. These events give them the platform to share insights, ideas, and trends impacting the industry today.
First organized in 2011, The ALES Convention tours around member countries in South America to give clients the opportunity to get to know their prospective destinations.
