Acquire opens HQ in Texas, to hire over 130 employees
TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Australian services firm Acquire BPO (Acquire) opened its U.S. headquarters in Irving, Texas, and is looking to add an initial 130+ employees to its payroll.
Acquire, founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2005, boasted of their new location’s close proximity to the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport and major highways. This will ensure smooth movement in and out of the HQ for both clients and employees.
The Irving office is also within walking distance of commercial spaces such as retail stores, hotels and restaurants. Besides being a logistical sweet spot, Irving is also known for its fair labor laws, paving the way for Acquire to attract the best talent across the country.
Scott Stavretis, CEO and founding director of Acquire BPO, welcomed the new HQ, noting how it could help the firm strengthen its services amid changing times.
“The Irving site embodies our core values of transparency, collaboration, passion, and impact. With this launch, Acquire BPO is not just opening a new office; we are unlocking new opportunities to better serve our clients and contribute significantly to the industry’s evolution,” Starvetis said.
The new HQ in Irving would allow the company to deepen its artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives with its Automation and Intelligence division, Acquire.AI. The AI arm offers automation services like chatbots, robotic process automation, speech analytics, and voice biometrics.
The Irving office will be led by Tim Read, vice president of operations, and Joseph Dickerson, head of U.S. client services, who relocated to DFW to lead the operation. Acquire also has offices in the Philippines and the Dominican Republic, and specializes in “intelligent” contact centers, back office, and automation solutions. It has more than 10,000 employees and aims to add 100,000 to its headcount by 2035. Its clients include RingCentral, Domino’s, Samsung, and more.
