iQor appoints BPO veteran as new President and CEO
FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm iQor has appointed Chris Crowley as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Prior to joining iQor, Crowley was the VP and Chief Commercial Officer of BPO company Alorica for over nine years. Before he held the position, he was the firm’s Chief Sales Officer. He brings over 25 years of experience in the BPO industry.
Crowley succeeds former President and CEO Gary Praznik, who announced his retirement in October 2022.
“I look forward to working with iQor’s senior leadership team to aggressively grow iQor’s presence in the marketplace and propel iQor to new heights. Through innovation and a customer-centric approach, we will continue to elevate our global partnerships with unmatched customer service excellence and future-ready CX and DX solutions,” said Crowley.
The firm recently expanded its contact center in Medellín, Colombia, and wants to increase its headcount to 1,000. The expansion includes an additional 22,000 square feet of office space for a total of 45,000 square feet.
iQor secured the 38th spot in the 2023 Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
iQor is also subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
