Omada One opens new office in Australia
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm Omada One has opened its offices in Melbourne, Australia, to meet the growing demand in the region.
“We are thrilled to open our new onshore offices in Melbourne. This move not only allows us to better serve our clients in the region, but it also reflects our commitment to providing top-notch remote staffing services to businesses worldwide,” said Timothy Witucki, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Omada One.
The new center in Melbourne will provide a suite of services, including staffing, outsourcing, and project management. Omada One co-founder Sean Mather will head operations in the new facility.
This is the BPO firm’s latest initiative following the expansion of its call center in Pampanga, Philippines.
The expanded facility aims to improve the company’s offerings in specialized services created to streamline businesses’ back-office, administration, and financial operations. Omada One is also looking to add 2,500 to 5,000 to its headcount by 2028.
Omada One has combined nearshore and offshore remote staffing experience in various sectors, including customer experience management, accounting, financial services, and supply chain management.
It is headquartered in the Philippines, with support staff in Spain, the Czech Republic, England, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
Omada One is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
