Outsourced hits 1,000 employees, eyes global growth
QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES — Staffing solutions provider Outsourced recently hit a major milestone as it reached 1,000 employees. This development highlights the company’s growth over the past three years, during which its team size increased from 300 to 1,000, with an annual growth rate of 40-60%.
According to CEO Mike Larcher, the demand for remote IT workers post-COVID-19 has played a significant role in this expansion. By specializing in IT talent sourcing, the company has capitalized on the global skills shortage in the sector.
Larcher also credits the firm’s growth to its 98% staff retention rate and the acquisition of around 20 new clients monthly. Additionally, client relationships have been essential to Outsourced’s growth, with 100 of its employees focused on support roles to ensure comprehensive client support.
The company is exploring expansions into India, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Colombia. This aligns with its vision to diversify its workforce and enhance worldwide capabilities.
Outsourced aims to grow its workforce to 5,000 within the next 3-4 years, with a focus on becoming a global staffing provider.
“This ambition reflects our long-term vision to not only increase our size and reach but also to continue providing unparalleled service and support to our clients worldwide,” Larcher stated.
The company is also leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction, with plans for innovations like a client-facing portal in its PULSE application.
To commemorate this significant milestone, Outsourced also initiated an environmental project in collaboration with its employees and the local community in the Philippines, planting 1,000 trees to reflect its commitment to sustainable practices and its aim to make a positive impact on environmental health.
Outsourced provides a broad range of services across five key categories: customer experience, administration, finance, professional services, and IT. The firm was included in the 2023 Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
It is also currently subscribed to the OA Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
