Boomering can be found at Philexcel Retail Building 2 at Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. Their building is a part of Philexcel Business Park, the largest business park in the area founded in 1993. It is located beside two educational institutions, an international school, and a public school, and has nearby banks along the street. It is also right across the Air Force City Golf Course.

The company is located inside the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. A former American military base, it was redeveloped as Clark International Airport and Special Economic Zone in 1995, four years after the Mount Pinatubo eruption. The Clark Air Base area became a freeport zone under the administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in parallel to the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Zambales. 

Currently, it is one of the four developments within the special economic zone, including Clark Global City, Clark International Airport, and New Clark City.

Boomering facilities

The company wants to make sure that their clients can have a reliable and secure operation with their teams. Their building is equipped with biometric scanners so only authorized employees can enter the facilities. They also have a server room for UPS and backups in case of power interruption and high-speed fiber connection to prevent work interruption. 

Private interview rooms, managerial offices, a conference room, and flexible spaces are offered for a more exclusive and focused work environment. A production studio is also set up for various productions and as a part of applicant interviews.
