KMC Solutions provides seat leasing and staff leasing services to startups, multinational companies, and BPOs. For seat leasing, they offer both open and virtual offices depending on their needs and capacity. Meanwhile, for staff leasing, they provide HR, recruitment, and manpower services.

Currently, they cater to companies in the US, Australia, Singapore, and Europe that need either a virtual office or outsourced staffing.

KMC Solutions facilities

The company promotes engagement, collaboration, and convenience of service for the clients and employees.aside from small and large private offices, they also have common areas and coworking breakaway spaces to let employees mingle. They have traditional conference rooms and a multifunction room for different activities such as training, yoga classes, and team building. 

When a client encounters problems with their laptops, devices, or connections, an IT helpdesk is on standby for troubleshooting. They also have server rooms for internet connection and if ever a client wants to have their own connection. For employees from far locations, cozy sleeping quarters and a pantry area is set up whenever they need to rest and recharge for their work.
