Williams joined the CapeBPO team in 2017 as a Chief Skills Officer and eventually took over as Chief Executive Officer in April 2021. He brought more than a decade of human resources experiences to the nonprofit.
Gareth Pritchard (Chief Marketing Officer)
Pritchard originally signed on with CapeBPO as the CEO in May 2020 but shifted to the Chief Marketing Officer position in April 2021. He has extensive experience in education, Teleperformance, and employee development.
Shaheed Hendricks (Head of Operations)
Hendricks started as a Strategic Delivery Manager at Cape BPO in May 2020 but moved into the Head of Operations position by October 2020. He has significant experience in the international business world, including leadership and development roles.
