Max-one Business Solutions was established June of 2013. It started as a dream and withonly 3 agents and now it boasts a storey building with a capacity of 500 agents. Currently Maxone Business Solutions (MOBS) caters 200+ agents including the management team. MOBS has offered strategic marketing solutions for different verticals. Mainly offering Lead generation, Appointment settings, Customer Service, Data entry and Business Consultancy.

Our operational structure is quite simple and yet has been proven effective through the course of our existence. A group of twenty (20) agents will be lead by a Team Leader then 2 TL’s will be handled by an Operations Manager headed by a Senior Operations Manager that directly reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
