Remotify was founded in 2021 by Maria Sucgang, a Philippine national who has cultivated a deep expertise in the outsourcing industry. Before founding Remotify, Maria was the Global Head of Service Experience for a UK headquartered telco-tech start-up leading in the e-SIM and IoT space. She held a key leadership role providing support with respect to country management and value-creation initiatives.

Maria has won several prestigious awards, including the 2020 and 2014 World's Best Customer Service and 2018 Best Business Award - Best Customer Focus for her previous organization. In addition, Maria led Remotify to become a Certified Great Place to Work® organization.
