Founded in 1993, Welsend began its vibrant journey as a paging service provider. In 2004, we reimagined ourselves as a dedicated BPO service provider, placing a keen focus on Contact Center services. We laid the groundwork of this transformation with our inaugural delivery site nestled in the city of Weifang, Shandong province, China.
Throughout the years since, Welsend’s commitment to client focus and continuous learning and improvement has been instrumental in its development. The company has been recognized by its clients and the BPO industry, acquired various certificates, and achieved prestigious awards.
