3. We create a pool of relevant candidates, introduce you to your company and your position, conduct initial interviews (HR interview / Technical Pre-screening).
4. We prepare CVs of candidates with relevant experience, who also match with the company’s values and will successfully fit into the work of an existing team. We attach full information about the candidate to the resume (strengths and weaknesses of the candidate, financial expectations, level of English proficiency, professional plans and motivation for changing jobs, etc.).
We schedule an interview and fully accompany all its stages together with the candidate.
5. Together with the Company, we discuss the results of the recruiting process, make a job offer to successful candidates, or continue the search. At this step it is important to competently convey the feedback from the company to the candidate, as well as take it into account in further search for suitable candidates.
6. We accompany the candidate during the probationary period and fully reimburse the company for all remuneration received for filling a vacancy in the event of his dismissal (for any reason – be it the decision of the candidate or the company).
